Sreepriya Menon

Research Partner

Sreepriya Menon is a psychiatric social worker, researcher, and educator with over six years of experience in psychosocial assessments, family therapy, rehabilitation, and child support. Her research focuses on mental health policy, rehabilitation, and inclusive employment. She holds an M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work from NIMHANS, an M.A. in Social Work (Mental Health) from TISS, and a B.A. in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. As Co-founder of SWARI Foundation, she leads initiatives in education, mental health, and community sustainability. She is also a research partner with Project Empathy, a mental health consultant with ARRWA (Assam Rifles Wives Welfare Association) and has worked on the project ‘Naga Oral History: Stories of Empathy’ as a researcher. Additionally, she facilitates workplace and teacher training programs at Perpetual Pupil and Samsidh International, has conducted neuromodulation research at NIMHANS, and coordinated autism intervention training at Sangath.
